Karofi and Partners terms of use

1. Karofi issues accounts to people of your company; one account per person, passwords are not shared.
2. Confirming a card (quotation, spec, artwork, order, delivery schedule, PI) is your company's formal confirmation; Karofi keeps who clicked, when, on which channel and from which IP address as evidence.
3. A card answered on Zalo / WhatsApp counts only from a number registered and verified on the portal.
4. Prices, progress and information on the portal are confidential between your company and Karofi.
5. Messages, files and cards are never deleted; withdrawing only hides them and is logged.
6. Karofi may lock an account in case of misuse or at your company's request.
